What to Know

Matches show indoors in the Festival Hall and outdoors in the Biergarten.

No re-entry. No outside food or drinks. Smoking permitted only in the outdoor Biergarten (tobacco only). All sales are final and non-refundable. Valid ID required for entry.

For all-ages events: Under 21 must be accompanied by a parent. Alcohol service for guests 21+ with valid ID.

How Tickets Work

Tickets are emailed by Universe to the purchaser. Show on your phone or print at the ticket window.

For group purchases: Either arrive together, or forward each guest their ticket via text or email. Every guest must have their own ticket to enter.
